Jeweller, metalsmith & glass artist
A British designer maker specialising in jewellery, metalwork & glass art.
I began my journey in 2001 in London, where alongside a career in advertising and design, became a Fellow of the Gemmological Society in London having studied the art of gemstone valuation and identification. A self-taught designer, from there, I moved on to study jewellery manufacture in London's jewellery quarter at The British School of Jewellery and it was here that I learned the traditional techniques of stone setting, engraving and jewellery design.
In 2016, following a move from London to the South Coast, I made the decision to start a Contemporary Craft BA at University Centre, Hastings. Emphasis on a more experimental approach to making has enabled me me to broaden my skillset and develop my own design aesthetic through the exploration of different materials.
